This series of installations in 6 stainless-steel clad elevators were part of d.u.m.b.o.’s “art under the bridge” festival in Brooklyn, NY. Different colors of LEDs were aimed into stainless steel and then beamed through prism rods for a jewel-like effect. The walls of the elevators amplified the effect of the blended lights to create an unexpectedly magical, other-worldly environment.
